Chief People Officer, Fearless
Tracy Curry is the Chief People Officer at Fearless, an impact-focused digital services integrator that builds software with a soul, while creating the conditions for organizations and their people to thrive.
Curry joined the Fearless team in 2022 as Director of Human Resources. She has more than 20 years of experience in HR, primarily in IT and Education, building high performance virtual and onsite teams to achieve results in fast-paced environments with constant change. Prior to joining Fearless, Curry was the Director of Human Resources for Johns Hopkins Center For Talented Youth.
She has extensive experience in high volume recruitment and building scalable processes for growing organizations. In her role at Fearless, she is charged with developing and scaling a people-focused strategy that aligns with the business growth strategy.
Curry has served in a variety of HR leadership roles for start-ups and national brands in the Maryland/D.C. region including TEKsystems, Ciena, 2tor, AARP, Sylvan Learning and Kennedy Krieger Institute.
She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Morgan State University and a Masters of Arts in Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
