Job Fairs and Networking Events
We host a series of career and internship fairs as well as industry-focused networking events throughout the academic year, including the Campus Job Fair, a large fall Career and Internship Fair, Summer Job and Internship Fair, Diversity Recruitment Event and a Spring Career Fair. See our Calendar for a list of upcoming events.

Retrievers Connect
A networking platform that is just for the UMBC community. It is a fantastic place to learn about career options and get career advice from UMBC alumni who want to share their experiences.

On-Campus Interviews
Each fall and spring, UMBC brings local and national companies to UMBC to interview graduating students for full-time and intern positions. Recently, organizations such as T. Rowe Price, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, U.S. Census, Kennedy Krieger Institute, NSA and many others have recruited UMBC’s students.

Employer Campus Visits
Throughout fall and spring, employers visit campus to speak with students about their organizations and jobs. Through scheduled information sessions, UMBC Connects and various other programs, students have the opportunity to connect with hiring institutions and to learn more about their career opportunities.
