Attending company information sessions prior to an interview is an excellent way to hear about the organization from professionals who work there. These sessions are a great resource to help you with your interview. If you have been selected to interview with the organization for full-time positions, you are required to attend these sessions.
Part-time Jobs
Part-time/Seasonal/On-campus Jobs
Hundreds of part-time jobs are advertised on UMBCworks to help with college costs and to build your resume.
Student Temporary Workforce

Undergraduate Research Opportunities
Many opportunities are available for student research in faculty labs in the science departments at UMBC. This research can be for credit (e.g., BIOL 499; CHEM 499, etc) or on a volunteer basis and many have monetary benefits. Go to the UMBC Undergraduate Research Opportunities website for details.
