Where are you now?
In the Fall of 2010, I will be starting the PhD program at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, studying Translational Biology and Molecular Medicine.

What was the best part of using the Career Services Center in your job search?
The Career Services Center has walk in hours that can be particular to each major and resume. They are friendly and always willing to help anyone who needs it. I am grateful for all of the help they gave me during the graduate school application process.

Any advice you would give to other students?
It doesn't matter who you are or what field you go into, never forget to network and find mentors who are interested in your success. I have found individuals who will connect me to whatever opportunities come their way, at UMBC and elsewhere. Never forget that an impression on someone can go a very long way in life. Thank those who paved the way for you.
