Connect with UMBC Students

As a UMBC alumnus/a, we invite you to share your professional journey and knowledge with current UMBC students by providing them with your industry insight, offering tips on the job search process, and contributing career guidance.

There are several ways that the Career Center can connect you to current students.

Hire a UMBC Student (connect)

Connect your employer to UMBC students who are intelligent and motivated to succeed. We are delighted to assist you in identifying talented students for all of your hiring needs, including internships, research, co-ops and full-time hires. You can also take advantage of our recruiting services by posting job and internship openings on Handshake and participating in our career fairs and on-campus interview programs.
